It is the long-time vision of business partners and married couple Lenny and Rachel Ledet, who sought to create a warm, comfortable, and safe environment where seniors can reside in community.
By providing 24-hour care in a residential home, Lynnwood Place can offer customized care plans, specialty menus, and activities designed around each resident.
Lenny Ledet
As a 25-year veteran of the healthcare industry, Lenny serves as Director of Lynnwood Place, providing patient oversight, financial management, and overall supervision of quality patient care.
Rachel Ledet
As Business Consultant and Marketing Executive, Rachel works with the leadership team to support business functions and coordinate community activities and outreach.
A family of six, Lenny and Rachel are raising their four children in St. Tammany Parish, where they enjoy boating, bike riding, camping, and other outdoor activities.
